Dennis Cooney CHAIRMAN

Dennis Cooney has been a Sydney Lawyer since 1973. With a primary history in property law and Corporate Strategy Dennis has established and operated a number of successful business operations including ASHLARS LAWYERS and TERRY's Export Produce Pty Limited which when Dennis joined the board of directors in 1985 he increased the turnover ten fold within 12 months. Dennis has been responsible for the commencement of several small syndicated enterprises which have been extremely profitable and high yielding safe investments.

In the year 2000 he commenced Ashlars lawyers which within two years grew from a sole practice to a firm with five employed practicing solicitors seprate divisions for family law, litigation and conveyancing. Migration law was also an integral part of the operation. Most recently Dennis has fulfilled consultancy services for Conrad Properties. For the past eight years Dennis has been specializing as a commercial law consultant and corporate strategist to corporations in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Dennis in close consultation with John Stanley Critchlow and more recently with Richard Hayes has been responsible for the establishing of strategic marketing alliances between companies within the Pacific Region.
